You can design your own module by selecting as many courses as you wish among the 24 courses offered in the curriculum of the Advanced Master in Financial Markets.

You will follow the courses together with the participants of this Advanced Master and benefit from the same teaching support.  They may take exams at the end of the course like the Advanced Master participants.

At your own path

  • The courses give you a much deeper and more practical understanding of financial markets than the ones offered by classical academic programmes and many external training programmes.
  • Classes are taught after business hours (6 to 9 pm on weekdays or Saturdays) making it possible to combine them with a full-time professional activity.
  • Companies may register different staff to different courses if they wish as part of a single Module.

Modular programme in Financial Markets 23-24

Starting date: September 8, 2023.
Format: Evening (6-9 pm) or Saturday classes.
Length: For each 24-hour course: 8 classes of 3 hours over a period of 6 weeks (plus exam in the following two weeks).

The Participants

Financial Markets courses are available for young professionals in the first phase of their career in the financial sector or mid-career seeking to strengthen their expertise in some specific areas or keen to direct their career towards the financial sector. You should be proficient in English.

 

Different courses can cater to the needs of different professional profiles, such as valuation experts and risk managers to lawyers or public affairs officers.

 

  • Candidates may apply on their own initiative or be sponsored by their employer.
  • Special arrangements are available for companies that would like to register several young professionals to different courses.

Curriculum

The curriculum of the Advanced Master covers the full range of financial activities, from banking and investment banking to asset and wealth management, private equity and hedge funds, and approach these activities from different angles: financial techniques, regulatory, risk management.

Some of the more technical courses anticipate a sufficient background in corporate finance, which, for those who do not yet have it, can be obtained with the course of Corporate Finance and Valuation at the beginning of the programme. This is reviewed with you in the context of your registration to ensure that you can draw maximum benefit from the courses.

All courses are 24 hours (8 classes of 3 hours), except those with * which are 12 hours (4 classes of 3 hours).  The two parts of the Alternative Investments course (Hedge Funds and Private Equity) are 18 hours each (6 classes of 3 hours).
