"I will always feel grateful to Solvay Brussels School as it pushed me to reinvent myself.

Coming from a different background, I knew the programme would be a steep climb, however, my professors inspired me and helped me apply my core strengths to the field of Strategy and Innovation. Midway through this journey, I realized that I wasn't just coping with the courses...

I had actually developed a passion for the field."

Talking about your own experience, what have been the main benefits of this programme?

"I have learned to work and deliver results within groups of people with different academic backgrounds and nationalities. I also developed self-knowledge and I enhanced my team and leadership skills. 

As a Solvay Advanced Master student, I also seized the opportunity to become a member of the TEDxULB organising team. This experience has accelerated my learnings around leadership, team- and self-management."

Talking about your own experience, what have been the main benefits of this programme?

"Solvay Brussels School has been the step-up I needed in my career. I acquired hard and soft skills with the help of the hands-on classes that we had, expanded my network and made friends for life.

Since the Academic Director of the Advanced Master I follow worked at Ernst & Young as the ambassador of innovation, I asked him if he could help me with an introduction. He was more than willing to do so. I successfully passed the recruitment process and I managed to get the job I wanted, even before graduating!"
