On foot, by bicycle, public transportation or car: the Solbosch campus can be reached in a variety of ways. Learn how to access the campus: nearby stations, itineraries, travel times, and infrastructures.

Canvas is the learning management system containing all the information and materials for your courses. This is also where you will be able to access your academic calendar and grades.

The ULB campus offers access to numerous indoor and outdoor sports facilities, on and off campus. To register, go to the ULB sports booth located in the F1 building and bring a picture and your student card.

ULB offers a range of services to improve access to healthcare and improve well-being.

You receive a personal email in the format: [firstname.lastname]@mbasolvay.net. A one time password will be shared with you. Afterwards, you will need to create your own password. Please ensure to check your school e-mail regularly all important announcements will be sahred via this email only.

Google Workspace is a collection of cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools that facilitate your learning journey.

• ULB Student Card Card: You will receive your ULB - Lifelong Learner Card during the Kick-Off. 
• Insurance: In accordance with the terms established by the ULB insurance contract, you will be insured against injuries that may occur during academic activities, organised both on and off campus, and public liability that may occur on the ULB campus.

• Certificate of Achievement (Under regulation of our governing authority, Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles, university higher education diplomas/certificates are original and unique documents. It is therefore impossible to obtain a "duplicate" in the strict sense of the term. This letter of confirmation is issued in lieu of the original certificate; it has the same legal value). 
• Transcript of records (if you completed your programme with us since more than 5 years. We might not be able to issue this document to you).
