Pierre Poncelet

Academic Director at Solvay Brussels School - Lifelong Learning

Consultant, entrepreneur and administrator, Pierre Poncelet has assisted numerous Belgian and international companies in strategic and operational risk management and, more recently, in defining sustainable transition strategies.

Pierre Poncelet holds a Master's degree in Management and is the Academic Director of the Solvay Executive Programme in Entreprise Risk Management.

François Bailly

Academic Director at Solvay Brussels School - Lifelong Learning

François Bailly started his career as a journalist before specialising in communications and reputation management. He began as a business journalist at L'Echo in 2008, during the peak of the subprime crisis. Over the years, he became editor-in-chief of l'Echo. In 2022, amid the coronavirus crisis, he decided to shift his focus and joined Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo as a strategic advisor and spokesperson, enhancing the communication of the Prime Minister and the government.

In addition, François is Academic co-Director of the Solvay Executive Programme in Reputation Management (Executive Programme en Gestion de la Réputation).

Thierry Bouckaert has already had four lives in corporate communications: business journalist at La Libre Belgique, communications director for two listed companies in the Telco sector, managing partner of Akkanto - a consultancy specialising in crisis, reputation and stakeholder management -, and
teacher.

Over the course of his 35-year career, he has seen many companies struggle to manage their reputation, and the risks associated with reputation management have never been so obvious.

Thierry is also Academic co-Director of the Solvay Executive Programme in Reputation Management (Executive Programme en Gestion de la Réputation).

CEO of Laboratoires STEROP

CEO of Laboratoires STEROP, a Belgian pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in global distribution of injectable medical products to hospitals, NGOs, and governments, has forged an exceptional trajectory. Starting as STEROP's Export Director, she ignited global market expansion before overseeing the Anderlecht manufacturing plant. Resiliently steering through crises and a media storm, Sophie and her team have elevated STEROP to one of the world leaders in its field.
